ERG International Lounge Chair Series
The Newport Series offers the utmost in seating comfort. Seats and backs can be upholstered with matching fabrics, or choose a two tone or vinyl and fabric combination to match any color scheme. Frame available in choice of powder coat finish colors.
Frame Construction
Frame assembly is constructed of multi-ply hardwood, with tongue and groove construction integrated with a fully welded 14-gauge square tubular steel inner frame. All foam is fully bonded to frame. Seat cushions are 4" graded high resiliency (H.R.) block foam with back 2" (H.R.) foam, covered entirely with special bonded polyester fiber to protect final upholstery. No sag-springs are installed in the back
along with interlocking helicoil springs to prevent sagging and provide additional lower back support.
Upholstery
Seat and back are covered in choice of fabric, vinyl, crypton, leather or COM. ERG uses only water based glues and adhesives in our upholstery process.
Sled Base
Rectangular legs are constructed of fully-welded 2" x 0.50" solid steel and solid steel crossbar.
Privacy Panel
Straight privacy panels are available in upholstery, laminate, veneer or acrylic. Curved privacy panels are available in upholstery or acrylic.
